You can use some shortcut keys to adjust the appearance of the web pages on your Internet Browsers.
Click F11 to hide browser menu bar, Windows task bar, Title bar, tool-bars and everything on your Browser temporarily so that you can view the webpage on full screen mode. you can get back the hidden things by pressing F11 again. Its really easy to switch between browser full screen mode on and off easily.
If you are using a small Monitor then use this trick to maximize the web page appearence.

Hold your CTRL key and scroll up or scroll down in your mouse to Zoom in and out the webpage in your browser. You can get the default adjustment back , by pressing CRTL+0 (Control key and zero together).
